1. Cancellation Window:

1.1. Orders containing Teas, Consumables, or Standard Items: Customers have a 12-hour window from the time of order placement to cancel their order before it is shipped. This applies to orders containing teas, consumables, or non-personalized standard items.

1.2. Customized Orders: Due to the immediate processing of customized orders, they cannot be canceled once confirmed.

2. Returns Eligibility:

2.1. Teas and Consumables: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on teas and other consumable products due to health and safety regulations. We encourage you to carefully review product details and descriptions before making a purchase.

2.2. Customized Orders: Items that are personalized or customized to your specifications are not eligible for return. We begin processing customized orders immediately after receiving them, making it impossible to cancel or modify them once confirmed.

2.3. Non-Personalized Standard Items: All sales are final for non-personalized standard items that cannot be returned.

3. Return Process:

3.1. Non-Personalized Standard Items: We gladly accept returns for non-personalized standard items in new, unused condition within 10 days of the delivery date. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

3.2. Teas and Consumables, Customized Orders: Unfortunately, returns are not accepted for teas, consumables, or customized orders. If you have concerns about the quality or accuracy of a customized order, please contact our customer service team to address the issue.

4. Refund Process:

4.1. Non-Personalized Standard Items: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. Once approved, a refund, minus the 10% restocking fee, will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

4.2. Teas and Consumables, Customized Orders: Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued for teas, consumables, or customized orders due to their nature.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
